Officer / Associate (People Partners) (1-year Contract)

What the role is

Join us and be part of the People Partners Division that works with departments on a spectrum of HR matters.

What you will be working on

You will work alongside the team and support the team on various fronts:

• Implement day-to-day processes, such as addressing staff queries, processing contract extensions, and facilitating internal transfers.
• Work across teams to streamline processes and automate where possible.
• Prepare information and presentation materials that can help guide meetings on areas such as workforce planning, competency and career development.
• Assist with the development and implementation of functional competency frameworks.

Depending on your experience, you may also be assigned to be a People Partner for a small community.

What we are looking for

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through on processes.
• Analytical mindset and good tech skills to analyse data, identify trends, and optimize processes.
• Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player.
• Preferably with work or internship experience in an HR function.
