## About the role

In this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in understanding Carousell’s commercial landscape and marketing operations. You’ll tackle real-world challenges that sharpen your critical thinking skills and push you to grow professionally. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with a dynamic team, learning how teamwork drives success in achieving common goals. **Note:** This is an internship role for May–December 2026 and requires at least 3 working days per week.

## Responsibilities

  
- Ideation and executions to support efforts in driving platform supply and demand metrics
  
- Support campaign coordinations and executions, e.g., translations, partnership campaigns, CarouDM paying sellers
  
- Assist in marketing communications content write-up
  
- Monitor key marketing business metrics and consolidate data for reports on regular or project-based marketing performance
  
- Manage social media marketing calendar, including planning and executions

## Qualifications

  
- Proficiency in Cantonese & English (both spoken and written)
  
- Pursuing or completed tertiary education in Marketing or business-related studies
  
- Familiar with digital tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator; video editing apps such as Premiere would be a plus
  
- Up-to-date with social media trends & channel management; FB/IG ad management experience a plus
  
- Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various tools to provide data support and decision-making insights for the campaigns
  
- Experience with segmentation analysis is an advantage
