We are seeking an agile Procurement Executive to join our team at Jalan Boon Lay. Analyze RFQs, tenders, and supplier quotations using digital tools and basic analytics to support objective comparative evaluations. - Develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitoring performance, delivery adherence, and cost competitiveness. - Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure technically fit-for-purpose procurement decisions. - Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and governance standards. - Contribute to supplier performance reviews, including root-cause analysis supported by data trends, and follow-up corrective action plans. - Maintain accurate and timely procurement records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), supporting data integrity and reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including the use of AI-enabled or digital procurement tools for demand visibility, spend analysis, and supplier performance tracking. ## Requirements ### Education & Experience - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. - Minimum 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in automotive or industrial MRO environments.
