Merrill Wealth Management provides comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. We specialize in goals-based wealth management, including retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals through investment advice and guidance. Our Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Client Associates help clients pursue the life they envision through a personal relationship with their advisory team, combining Merrill investment insights with Bank of America banking convenience.

## Position Overview

This role provides client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). Key responsibilities include supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy within the FA's business, while customizing solutions based on their specific needs. The role serves as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address all service needs of clients.

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide excellent client service to Merrill's clients by educating them on the bank's service and banking offerings.
  
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials; follow up on all client and FA requests.
  
- Assist with ensuring practices align with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
  
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing the bank's offerings and incorporating banking into day-to-day practices, while communicating outputs to the FA.
  
- Support day-to-day team activities and needs, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, with a client-first mindset.

## Required Qualifications

  
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66). If these licenses are not currently held, they must be obtained within a specified timeframe if hired into a registered job code.
  
- Possesses advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products.
  
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and results focus.
  
- Exhibits a client-centric mindset, always acting in the client's best interest.
  
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

## Education & Experience

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

## Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 – $44.00 hourly, with offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible: This role participates in the annual discretionary plan. Eligible for an annual discretionary award based on individual performance, contributions of the line of business or group, and overall company performance.
