The Technology team covers a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, resolving day-to-day technology issues, maintaining data security, developing applications for business use, and supporting hardware. ## Role: Rotational Analyst As a Rotational Analyst you can expect to: - Actively support technology and data teams as part of the delivery team - Attend and contribute at team meetings and workshops to better understand the Technology product development process at Nuveen - Understand the business problem and be responsible for technology solution artefacts (Code Pipelines, Technology diagrams, Data mapping, etc.) ## Program Overview The Nuveen Rotational Program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and exposure to many facets of our organisation. The environment is challenging, hands-on, and full of growth opportunities. Rotational Analysts will be expected to work across the technology teams and use tools to learn the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver high quality results for our clients. ## Program Highlights This is a 2-year rotational program. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to engage with everything within the Technology function. You will gain hands-on experience and rotate with different globally dispersed teams across Nuveen Technology. You will explore how we engage and support our clients by using various technology tools and strategies. You will have unique networking opportunities and access to Nuveen Senior Leadership, and participate in ongoing personal and professional development opportunities, including financial services and behavioural-based training. The program begins in September 2025. ## Role Opportunities The Rotational Analyst will have the opportunity to: - Translate business requirements and needs into information technology solutions, bridging the gap between various businesses and the Technology staff - Support senior technology professionals on various projects - Assist in development, testing, and implementation of software solutions - Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas - Learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges ## What skills & competencies we require - Academic Excellence: You will need to have attained at least the equivalent of a 2.1 from a recognized university and have graduated by August 2025 in either Computer Science, Security or Information Technology - A passion for technology: Ideally within financial services and preferably Asset Management - Client Relationship Management: Experience in building relationships through internships, part-time work, student organizations, or volunteer roles - Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences - Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, adapt your working style to deliver team goals and objectives - Critical Thinking: Ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose balanced solutions - Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Data: Interest in data and how it can be leveraged for business value; able to analyse data trends and provide recommendations - AI: Understanding of the AI technology landscape and ability to apply different AI implementation use cases This role requires no regulatory designation. ## Company & Diversity Nuveen is committed to providing equal opportunity across all employment practices and believes our employees have a right to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
