## Role

**Finance and Operations Admin**

**Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management**

## Responsibilities

  
- Raising facilities service requests (FSR) for all ad hoc services
  
- Closing FSR by attaching the related invoice for each service request
  
- Monitoring and controlling ad hoc budgets
  
- Working closely with the operations team for FSR and other operational cost concerns
  
- Assisting with raising Purchase Requests (PR)
  
- Monitoring Applied Material’s Purchase Order balance
  
- Handling ad hoc requests as needed
