## Job Description

Our Fund Office Support Services (FOSS) business was established within the Asset and Wealth Managed Services (AWMS) unit in 2023. As the regulatory landscape grows more complex and investors demand greater transparency, many asset managers choose to outsource fund administration and reporting operations to focus on core portfolio management activities. Our FOSS team comprises highly skilled finance professionals who understand the Asset & Wealth industry and combine human expertise with the latest technology. We are a trusted outsourced service provider—helping you streamline operations, mitigate risks, and focus on your core business activities.

## Responsibilities

  
- Support the preparation of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and investor reporting.
  
- Participate in projects related to process improvement and automation.
  
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  
- Provide administrative support.
  
- Data entry and report generation.

## Requirements

  
- Diligent and willing to learn
  
- Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  
- Good written and communication skills
