## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on projects
  
- Provide analytical support to the team in working out and reviewing financial models
  
- Draft, prepare and consolidate information relevant for written reports, presentations to the relevant management levels for approval
  
- Assist with management updates and investment/projects reporting matters
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or any other related disciplines
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  
- Possess knowledge of investment and financial risk and corporate finance concepts
  
- Proactive, willing to learn and take ownership of work
  
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
