It is headquartered in London with offices in New York and Singapore. ## How you will create an impact - Assist in monitoring and updating operational reports - Manage documentation to be scanned and indexed into the DMS system - Ensure timeliness for all measured tasks (e.g., data quality review, peer review, written date, aggregate data entry, etc.) for the team; chase and monitor workload - Ensure data entry adheres to guidelines (endorsements, quotes, promise lines) - Ensure underwriting teams promptly address items received electronically (electronic trading platforms and email) - Ensure underwriters resolve contract certainty queries/failures in a timely manner - Adhere to all regulatory standards and principles - Attend and prepare necessary documentation for team meetings (Underwriting and/or UTS) - Adhere to the internal binder approval process - Provide box support at Lloyd’s when required - Build and maintain close working relationships with third-party providers and brokers - Perform ad-hoc and general administration duties as required for the UTS Core team ## What you’ll need to succeed - Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff - Good knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the classes of business written at Talbot - Excellent IT skills - Working towards the CII exams - Contributes to the business - Open and approachable - Team-oriented and supportive - Inspires trust - Adapts to and initiates change - Accurate and detail-oriented - Analyses and interprets information #LI-AIG ## Our culture and benefits At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture.
