Wealth Management helps individuals, families and foundations take a more intentional approach to their wealth or finances to better define, focus and realize their goals. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join the Core & Advisory Product Management team within Private Bank Solutions Product Development, based in London. The team leads key programs and workstreams, serving as subject matter experts to analyze and implement changes across product development, product management, and business or regulatory initiatives impacting our discretionary, non-discretionary, and mutual fund investment solutions.
Main responsibilities and duties
Across our investment solutions business key activities include:
- Support and lead change management initiatives by analyzing, assessing, and implementing changes to the product palette, business, and operating model in response to industry, regulatory, or business-driven change.
- Take ownership of deliverables, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving with a high degree of independence.
- Adhere to and promote rigorous launch practices, including new business initiative approvals and risk identification, to ensure effective and compliant ongoing management.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance product development and management processes, conducting business analysis to address gaps and deliver solutions across the broader team.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders across regions (Asia, EMEA, LatAm and US), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results on schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, document key actions and project steps, ensure effective sequencing of deliverables and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Independently track project timelines and progress, reporting on key highlights, next steps, and issues.
Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in asset and wealth management, with knowledge of mutual funds and discretionary/non-discretionary solutions.
- Highly motivated, proactive, solution-oriented self-starter who acts with independence, thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment and excels at building consensus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, applying critical thinking and a logical, structured approach to diverse situations.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and tasks simultaneously in a highly organized and detailed manner, consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and clearly explain complex concepts across functions.
- Ability to adapt effectively to a rapidly changing business environment by quickly assessing situations, solving problems, and providing structured and considered recommendations to support decision making.
- Proficient in core MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AI, programming language tools (Python) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx) is an advantage.
- Additional European language skills (Italian, German, French, or Spanish) are advantageous but not essential.
