## Job Description

### Job Responsibilities

  
- Support the creation of The Ascott Limited’s new wellness‑focused brand for active aging, with hands‑on experience in building brand infrastructure, SOP development, and relevant technology evaluation
  
- Work closely with colleagues across different functions to ensure alignment of the new brand
  
- Support brand launch activities, including pre‑launch and event‑related preparation
  
- Coordinate regional meetings, developing exposure to cross‑market communication and collaboration
  
- Conduct research and collaborate with external stakeholders to co‑create thought leadership articles
  
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and contribute ideas that help shape business and brand strategies
  
- Support ad‑hoc projects as required

### Job Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in business management, healthcare, gerontology, hospitality, sociology or related field
  
- Inquisitive, creative and ability to cope with ambiguity
  
- A self‑starter and enjoys co‑creating new guidelines and processes
  
- Strong research and reasoning skills, analytical and communication skills
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  
- Able to multi‑task and deliver work on time and accurately
  
- Detail‑oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communications skills
