## Learning Objectives and Job Description

The intern will be embedded within the Risk Validation team and will:

  
- Gain exposure to model validation frameworks and risk governance processes.
  
- Assist in quantitative and research studies for validating new and existing risk models.
  
- Support the development and enhancement of validation tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
  
- Contribute to the digitalization of validation workflows, including automation of validation and reporting.
  
- Research/implement agentic AI for validation/risk management use cases.

## Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  
- Be curious and proactive, with a strong willingness to ask questions and learn.
  
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and validation scripting.
  
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with comfort working on algorithms and large datasets.
  
- Hands-on, ready to engage with systems, data, and process flows for validation and testing.
  
- Good communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate across teams.
  
- Basic understanding of pricing of financial products including futures, options, bonds, and interest rates.
