## Responsibilities and Qualifications

The role is part of the Client Solutions Group management and finance team. The team works closely with senior management and is responsible for supporting the Client Solutions Group in financial modeling, managing strategic initiatives, business and financial reporting, and data governance that spans both public and private businesses.

## Your Impact

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented associate to join our global team. In this role, you will partner with various groups both within and adjacent to the Global Client Solutions Group to provide analytical and strategic support for senior leadership, sales teams, and to advance our data infrastructure.

The team oversees progress toward financial goals; works directly with leadership to execute operating initiatives and growth plans for the business. In addition to working with leadership in the Client Solutions Group, the team partners closely with AWM Leadership, Investing, Operations and Engineering, Finance & Strategy, and the Executive Office.

## How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

  
- Manage key financial processes across the global business (e.g., annual sales budgeting process, P&L management, sales and fundraising projections).
  
- Analyze large datasets, identify relevant insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making around fundraising targets and prospects.
  
- Produce weekly business summaries, KPI progress updates, and complete ad-hoc requests from senior management.
  
- Work closely with senior management to assess the state and develop the narrative of the business and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
  
- Coordinate across regions on global initiatives related to business strategy, client engagement, technology, and reporting.
  
- Take project management lead while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities to drive efficiency and scale.
  
- Develop and maintain business / market analytics and sales metrics for divisional and business managers with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
  
- Manage client coverage and conflict requests and liaise with the Executive Office on cross-divisional requests.

## Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

  
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics role.
  
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft unique solutions with limited guidance; proactive in assessing dynamic situations.
  
- Expert Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, simple macros) and PowerPoint (graphs/charts).
  
- Working knowledge of analytics applications (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik) and database tools (e.g., Elastic, MS SQL Server, Legend) is a plus.
  
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire for rapid growth.
  
- Fast learner and effective communicator of new/complex information.
  
- Ability to work at varying speeds and under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
  
- Project management skills; highly organized; attention to detail and follow-through; able to structure and prioritize work, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
  
- Confidence to challenge status quo and drive efficiency through automation and scalability.

## Salary & Benefits

**Salary Range:** The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85,000–$110,000. You may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
