## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Liaise with tenants on outstanding fit-out submissions following renovation works
  
- Assist in the preparation of Capex projects for 2026
  
- Support day-to-day operations, including corrective and preventive maintenance activities
  
- Conduct daily site walks with the Cleaning Supervisor and Technician to monitor cleanliness and identify building defects
  
- Maintain and update operational records such as equipment lists, inventory, and survey plans
  
- Provide support on other operational matters and perform ad-hoc duties as required

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or other related disciplines
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
- Possess basic knowledge of Facilities Management and M&E systems
  
- Detail-oriented, organised, and meticulous
