## Job Description

As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team (Finance) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.

## Responsibilities

  
- Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking project activities, timelines and milestones
  
- Set up and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events
  
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports
  
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, or any other related disciplines
  
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
  
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
