## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Support in the consolidation and preparation of investment collaterals such as financial models, notes, and presentations
  
- Perform and assist in research for investment deals
  
- Assist with management updates and investment reporting matters
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and modeling
  
- Able to multitask and assimilate in a fast-paced environment
