## Introduction of the Department

This role is within the AMHS (Automated Handling System) Department at our GIGA+ Plant. The AMHS system includes both 200mm and 300mm automation systems, such as Stocker, Mobile Robot, OHT system, and AeroTrack system.

## What You Will Do

  
- Own the equipment, including related cost management, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and parts management.
  
- Coordinate with MFG, Equipment Owners, and vendors to deploy Mobile Robots into new bays.
  
- Manage projects with a focus on cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  
- Document system standards and SOPs with written procedures and processes.
  
- Collaborate with multiple IT Operations teams to resolve system issues.
  
- Troubleshoot and administer Enterprise managers, MCS servers, and AeroTrack Engine.
  
- Conduct internal audits to ensure the team upholds 6S standards.
  
- Optimize systems by tuning or creating new functions and engaging in CIP work to improve performance (including editing source codes for mobile robots, fine-tuning AMHS configurations, and dispatching rules).
  
- Support team projects and ensure sufficient coverage for business operations.

## What You Will Need

  
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
  
- Hands-on skills with software knowledge in HTML and VB language.
  
- Prior internship or project experience in a relevant field is advantageous.
  
- Ability to work independently with good communication and effective teamwork.
