## The Opportunity

EY is a leader in serving the global financial services marketplace with a dedicated Financial Services Organization (FSO). The Structured Finance group within FSO specializes in addressing the varying needs of market participants in the securitization marketplace across asset classes such as asset-backed securities (ABS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and collateralized loan obligations (CLO). The securitization market is dynamic and evolving with new regulations and technology. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced transaction environment, support diverse engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients, and lead business development on strategic and global priority accounts.

## Your Key Responsibilities

  
- Interact with front-office investment banking clients on a daily basis
  
- Perform loan document review and data reviews on loan files, recalculating fields on data tapes and running exception reports to tie out with clients
  
- Create collateral stratification tables used for assessing loan pool characteristics
  
- Perform cash flow modeling on deals to align with clients’ loan amortization tables and bond analytics
  
- Review offering documents to verify information is accurate, complete, and conforming with industry and market standards
  
- Draft and review AUP (agreed-upon procedures) reports

## To qualify for the role you must have

  
- A bachelor's degree with approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 1 year of related work experience. Degree fields: finance, economics, accounting, engineering or related disciplines; MBA or MS preferred
  
- Excellent prioritization skills and a commitment to meeting client deadlines
  
- Strong communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and client interactions
  
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary to meet client deadlines; valid driver’s license and passport for travel

## Ideally, you’ll also have

  
- Prior structured finance experience

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $94,300 to $173,000, and specific ranges for the New York City metro area, Washington State, and California. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. We operate a hybrid model: most external, client-serving roles are expected to be in person 40-60% of the time over a project or year.
