We are all passionate about user-centred design, critical thinking, problem solving and designing and building digital services and products. You will champion inclusive design practices throughout our project lifecycles, ensuring solutions are accessible to as many users as possible. This includes engaging with diverse user research, applying accessibility guidelines and legislation, and advocating for inclusive design principles in your deliverables. Our offices are in a variety of locations including London, Manchester and Glasgow. We offer hybrid working, however depending on your project you may have to travel to client locations. ## Responsibilities - Identify and build strong relationships with clients across projects, influencing and collaborating with them on the content - Create and iterate accurate user-centred content to a high standard that meets user needs - Use analytics data, user feedback and user research to identify the needs of users and map user journeys - Make complex language and processes easy to understand - Bring new ideas and challenge the status quo - Be an advocate for user-centred design, iterative and agile approaches ## Your Profile Ideally, you will also have: - Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practice - Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred services - Experience of designing content for diverse users including accessibility and assisted digital needs - You will either already have SC (Security Check) Clearance or you are able to qualify for this level of clearance (by being a UK resident for at least 3 years and not having left the country for more than 6 consecutive months during this period) - Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, applying GDS design principles - Experience working with relevant accessibility standards and legislation, such as the Web Content Accessibility Regulations (WCAG) - Experience writing inclusive content in plain English - Good communication and stakeholder management skills ## What You'll Love About Working Here You’ll gain exposure to high-profile transformations and hands-on exposure to leading technologies.
