In This Role You Get To

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting discovery calls and qualifying internal use cases with target personas.
  • Research and build existing accounts through outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns.
  • Analyze inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get things done, try new approaches, and share findings with the team to amplify success.
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to stay current with technology and the ecosystem.

On Day One We Will Expect You To Have

  • A university degree from an accredited institution.
  • A passion for technology and software sales; 1–2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial services firms or software sales.
  • The ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external).
  • The ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
  • The ability to thrive in a rapidly changing company environment, adapt to management initiatives, maintain a customer-centric perspective, and embrace changes to business/personal situations.
  • Resourcefulness and a results-driven operating style.
  • A collaborative and coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve skills and impact.
  • Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize work assignments and adjust efforts based on departmental or business goals.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; effective use of AI models is a plus.
