## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

### Responsibilities

  
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, providing key business insights.
  
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful submission of asset-level budgets, including variance analysis between actuals and budgets.
  
- Conduct market research and readiness analysis for new target markets to develop the target DC operating model.

- Exposure to digital infrastructure - DC industry
  
- Gain a strong understanding of business operation
  
- Hands-on experience with internal stakeholders reporting and budgeting for live DCs

## Job Requirements

  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a can-do attitude.
  
- Relevant prior experience in financial analysis and fundamental research is highly desirable.
  
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI preferred.
