## Smart Senior (CSO) – GCB 8

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Smart Senior (CSO).

## Responsibilities

  
- Greet and welcome all customers.
  
- Provide counter service at community counters.
  
- Direct customers to the appropriate service counter or staff member, and promote the use of self-service banking terminals.
  
- Answer general customer enquiries.
  
- Carry out ad hoc administration tasks as required.

## To be successful you will need

  
- Experience in counter or branch operations is highly preferred.
  
- Service-oriented approach with the capacity to maintain a cheerful, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  
- Fundamental level of computer literacy.
  
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
- Basic verbal proficiency in English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred.
