## Compensation

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $80,000 per year. The total compensation package may include additional elements such as a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and a full range of benefits (medical, retirement plans, paid time off, etc.). Base pay offered may vary based on location, title and duties, knowledge and experience, and other factors. Details will be provided if an offer is extended.

P&S Operations Department

## Role Description / Areas of Responsibility

  
- Process and validate all equity trading activity at the firm
  
- Ensure accurate booking of trades in internal systems
  
- Reconcile trade discrepancies between internal records, counterparties, and clearing firms
  
- Monitor trade settlement cycles and resolve settlement breaks
  
- Coordinate with front office and other operations teams to correct trade issues
  
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

## Skills, Experience, Qualifications & Knowledge

  
- 1+ year of experience in Financial Services (full-time or internship)
  
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  
- Series 99 Operations professional desired
  
- Strong due diligence to ensure accuracy of work
  
- Problem-solving abilities with the ability to think and act quickly
  
- Strong and effective communication skills
  
- Strong initiative to resolve issues, ask questions, and identify what needs to be done
  
- Ability to research exception items and develop corrective action paths
