The program includes social and educational events to enhance professional development and networking, along with formal performance reviews. ## Responsibilities - Coordinate research production processes across Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and Japan, collaborating with regional sector teams to improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. - Independently run the daily Morning Meeting, facilitating discussions where Senior Analysts brief Sales on new research, managing agendas and follow-ups, and distributing concise summaries to relevant stakeholders. - Leverage AI tools to enhance data collection, quality control, content structuring, and publication efficiency, ensuring research output is differentiated, scalable, and aligned with global best practices. - Manage APAC research distribution and content management systems, monitor readership and client engagement trends, and surface insights to shape the evolution and impact of the regional research product. - Maintain and refine regional research templates, taxonomies, dashboards, and platform standards, partnering with Technology and Compliance teams to support ongoing enhancements. ## Qualifications & Requirements - Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.6 or equivalent. - For roles based in Hong Kong, written and spoken Mandarin skills are preferred. - While a background in finance or accounting is welcome, candidates from diverse disciplines—particularly science, technology, engineering, and mathematics—with aptitude for data analysis, digital tools, and AI-driven workflows are encouraged to apply. - Candidates who will graduate between October 2025 and June 2026 are welcome to apply for the Graduate Analyst Program. ## Program & Role Details - As part of the APAC Equity Research Product Management team, Analysts typically support cross-regional collaboration and product development efforts. - Equity Research at Jefferies involves conducting fundamental research across a broad range of industries, including Economics & Strategy, Business Services, Consumer, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology, and more. ## Equity Research at Jefferies Jefferies’ Global Equity Research team consists of over 140 Analysts covering more than 3,800 stocks from centers in London, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore, Tokyo, Houston, Nashville, New York, and San Francisco.
