## Role

As a Process Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot engineering issues, measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. You will collaborate with vendors and suppliers and support the implementation of new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects.

## Responsibilities

  
- Review and train on existing R&D processes and transfer knowledge to the pilot production line.
  
- Create a comprehensive checklist to ensure successful transfer of processes and materials.
  
- Collaborate with R&D, production process, integration, operations, and hardware teams to ensure the checklist is completed on time to meet the timeline needed to start high-volume manufacturing (HVM) operations.
  
- Track and manage schedules, deliverables, and risks for technology transfer and production milestones.
  
- Coordinate training with R&D transfer engineers.
  
- Support tools and process qualifications at the HVM site.

## Qualifications

  
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards, especially Lithography.
  
- Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution.
  
- Disciplined in tracking and driving deliverables to completion.
  
- Flexibility to travel between Southeast Asia and the USA (up to 50% of the time).
  
- Candidates with more relevant years of experience will be considered for Senior or Principal equivalent roles.
