## Work you’ll do

The Executive Engagement team is part of the Deloitte Growth department. The team focuses on the development and delivery of Deloitte CxO programs, which feature a series of role-based propositions for current and aspiring C-suite executives and board members. The CxO programs leverage curated content to enable conversations and build connections with senior executives of our most important clients and target organisations in key SEA markets. The programs harness Deloitte’s broad capabilities to offer forward-thinking insights to support every stage of a C-suite executive’s career.

## Responsibilities

The role undertakes a range of activities focused on client acquisition and growing client relationships, which includes:

  
- Manage all service offerings of the assigned CxO Programs
  
- Support and execute marketing and eminence campaigns
  
- Support the planning and organising of executive engagement strategic initiatives and events
  
- Maintain and manage client database
  
- Conduct clients and markets research
  
- Project management support of the various program work streams
  
- Support the implementation of global and regional client initiatives, and other client-related projects
  
- Provide general administrative support for the executive engagement team

## Qualifications and Skills

  
- Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing, business or a related discipline
  
- Demonstrated discernment and strong prioritisation skills
  
- Proven programme and project management skills
  
- Strong written and communication skills with a proficiency in English
  
- Keen orientation to teamwork, collaboration and working with cross-border teams
  
- Passion for client service, especially in a creative marketing/communications environment
  
- Good knowledge of research tools
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
