We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Equity Capital Markets team in our New York City office. Read more about our Equity Capital Markets Investment Banking group here.

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide critical support during all phases of transaction origination and execution
  
- Conduct industry- and company-specific research and analyses
  
- Interface directly with clients and senior bankers
  
- Develop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goals

## Qualifications

  
- 0 - 2 years of Investment Banking, Capital Markets or related financial experience
  
- Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly
  
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
- Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training
  
- Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team
  
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields preferred
  
- U.S. work eligibility is required

## Compensation

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $110,000 – $125,000 per year. Placement within this range depends on level of experience, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation as part of total compensation. Total compensation will be competitive with the market.
