## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Participate in stabilizing the company’s core financial business, learn to handle online alerts and sudden failures under mentor guidance, and accumulate practical troubleshooting experience.
  
- Research and develop tools such as the operation and maintenance automation platform, monitoring system, and fault self-healing (mainly using Python/Go), improving operations and maintenance efficiency through code.
  
- Contribute to system architecture optimization and cloud resource cost governance projects by collecting and analyzing operational data (resource utilization, performance bottlenecks, etc.) of online systems.
  
- Learn and master the design of financial-grade high-availability architectures, gain in-depth understanding of database principles and various middleware, and assist in system risk identification.

## Qualifications

  
- Targeting 2026 graduating students, with a bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance, computer science, software engineering, network engineering, or related fields.
  
- Solid foundation in computer science, with understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.), Linux operating system principles, and data structures and algorithms.
  
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Go/C++/Java, or equivalent), familiar with the Linux environment, knowledgeable about shell scripting, and passionate about solving practical problems through coding.
  
- Understanding of relational databases (such as MySQL) and basic concepts of common middleware (such as Redis, Nginx, Kafka, etc.).
  
- Excellent learning ability, curiosity, logical reasoning, and a rigorous analytical approach to technical problems; good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
  
- Language skills: Excellent English and Chinese communication (verbal and written), capable of fluent daily and technical communication.
  
- Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.

- Internship experience in SRE, DevOps, infrastructure, or backend development at an internet company.
  
- Active technology sharer with a high-quality personal technical blog, or code contributions on GitHub/open-source communities.
