### Market Data

Team Overview

The Market Data team sits within the Data Services function and plays a critical role in supporting the Exchange’s market data business. The intern will gain broad exposure to the market data ecosystem and develop a strong understanding of how an exchange operates, with a particular focus on market data products, clients, and business processes. This internship offers hands-on experience across business development support, data analysis, policy research, and client engagement within a fast-paced exchange environment.

### Job Description

  
- Supporting process improvement and automation within a business environment
  
- Analyzing internal data to support business planning and product strategy
  
- Assist post-sales activities by maintaining client records using data insights
  
- Supporting the preparation of data reports, such as Market Statistics report
  
- Client engagement and communication
  
- Conducting research and benchmarking on market data policies, products, and industry practices
  
- Providing general support for sales and account management activities as required
  
- Any other adhoc duties

### Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  
- Good command of written and spoken English
  
- Strong communication and analytical skills
  
- Interested in financial markets and business operations
  
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools
  
- Proficient in Python programming
  
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
