## Role details

Contract: 12-month contract.

## Responsibilities

  
- Process structured note and derivatives trade settlements.
  
- Perform daily reconciliation of traders’ blotters against system records and broker trade confirmations.
  
- Handle trade settlements and market data administration.
  
- Coordinate with head office for SecMaster creation and maintain market price updates.
  
- Liaise with traders, brokers, and custodians to resolve settlement issues or discrepancies.
  
- Maintain proper transaction records.
  
- Coordinate with the sales team for derivatives trade booking issues.
  
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal settlement policies.
  
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

## Requirements

  
- Bachelor's degree or above
  
- 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in securities settlement. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua

## Preferred Skills

  
- Knowledge of SWIFT, Clearstream, or CCASS
