## Job Description

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure occupants have a clean and safe environment.

## Essential Duties

  
- Cleans and maintains the cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors, and walls.
  
- Cleans and maintains restrooms, including floors, sinks, counters, commodes, and fixtures.
  
- Cleans and maintains elevators and stairwells.
  
- Monitors the interior and exterior of the building and grounds during the day to ensure grounds and common areas are free of debris.
  
- Cleans and maintains all convenience centers, including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies.
  
- Cleans glass surfaces periodically to keep them free of fingerprints and dirt.
  
- Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms, ensuring general areas are free of litter.
  
- May perform other duties as assigned.

## Other Job Functions

  
- Report broken or dangerous items to facility staff for repair or replacement.

## Skills, Education and Experience

  
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  
- Minimum 1 year of previous facilities maintenance/janitorial experience.
  
- Ability to handle multiple projects.

## Salary

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $52,000.00 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
