Posted 2026-03-10; applications close 2026-07-14. **Apply**: https://hdow.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1003/job/247816 Posted 3mo ago. ## Role details ## Job Description Responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure occupants a clean and safe environment. ## Essential Duties - Cleans and maintains cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors and walls. - Cleans and maintains cleanliness of restrooms; includes floors, sinks, counters, commodes and fixtures. - Clean and maintains cleanliness of elevators and stairwells. - Monitor the interior and exterior of the building and grounds during the day to ensure the grounds and common areas are free of debris. - Clean and maintain all convenience centers, including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies. - Clean glass surfaces periodically to keep them free of fingerprints and dirt. - Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms to ensure general areas are free of litter. - May perform other duties as assigned. ## Other Job Functions - Report broken or dangerous items to facility staff for repair or replacement. ## Skills, Education and Experience - High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). - Minimum 1 year of previous facilities maintenance / janitorial experience. - Ability to handle multiple projects. ## Benefits and Perks - Industry-leading parental leave policy (up to 16 weeks). - Generous healthcare. - Bright Horizons back-up care program. - Generous paid time off. - Education reimbursement. - Referral program. - Opportunities to network and connect. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
