## Job Description

**Responsibilities**

  
- Assist to engage tenants on performance discussions and opportunities for expansions
  
- Assist to conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions
  
- Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback and leasing matters
  
- Ensure tenants’ adherence to lease terms
  
- Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting purposes and provide leasing reports to management, malls, and other departments when required
  
- Support in report generation and tracking of tenants' submissions for Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, or any related discipline
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
- Able to deliver work timely and accurately
  
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
  
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and willing to learn
