## Enterprise Risk

### Brief Overview

The Enterprise Risk team is a second line of defense function within SGX, and supports senior management and the units within the organization to manage the organization’s risks and to maintain business continuity.

### Learning Objectives

  
- Execute risk and control programs within the organization
  
- Understand management of third-party risks, technology and infosecurity risks, and business continuity risks
  
- Perform risk analysis, management, and reporting
  
- Conduct business impact analysis

### Job Description

  
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders (e.g. risk champions, BCM champions) to facilitate review of the Enterprise Risk program
  
- Assist with execution of Enterprise Risk Management programs (e.g. risk and control-self assessments, business impact analysis)
  
- Participate in the planning and execution of risk engagement activities to drive risk culture in the Group
  
- Conduct analysis of processes and controls to identify gaps/areas for improvement and assist with process redesign
  
- Conduct research and analysis for risk-related matters (e.g. identification and assessment of emerging risks)

### Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  
- Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
  
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with various stakeholders, proactively keeping seniors updated on work progress
  
- Good oral and written communication skills
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  
- Knowledge and ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., Python, Power BI) is a plus
