## Job Summary

Provide comprehensive support to a group of Relationship Managers in managing and enhancing Premier Banking client relationships. Assist with general client enquiries and product information requests to ensure timely response and personalized, high-quality service delivery.

## What you will be doing

  
- Support and manage in-branch customer traffic at the Premier Banking Centre and resolve client enquiries on banking products/services (including Investment or Insurance if applicable).
  
- Assist with general enquiries on wealth and insurance products, such as checking unit trust fund prices, account outstanding balances, effective dates of orders, or maturity of deals (e.g., Linked Deposit).
  
- Support RM and branch in account opening, including Investment accounts.
  
- Review and check wealth and insurance transactions prepared by RMs, and follow up with customers or internal departments in case of discrepancies.
  
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up for I&I (information and inquiry) needs.
  
- Identify potential customer needs and conduct I&I referrals.
  
- Assist clients to resolve and follow through on account maintenance and banking enquiries.
  
- Provide administrative support to RM, including arranging customer meetings/appointments, onboarding NTB (new-to-bank) customers, and documentation follow-up.

## What we are looking for

  
- Preferably a degree holder in Banking & Finance or related disciplines.
  
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
  
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
  
- Pass HKSI and IIQE licensing requirements.
  
- Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage.
