CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is a leading global real asset manager headquartered in Singapore and listed in 2021. As of 5 November 2025, CLI had S$120 billion of funds under management. CLI holds stakes in eight listed real estate investment trusts and a suite of private real asset vehicles that invest in demographics, disruption and digitalisation-theme strategies. Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres and private credit.

## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Support in investor relations events such as conferences and AGM
  
- Assist in the preparation of investor relations communications materials such as slides and factsheets
  
- Participate in the logistics planning for the AGM
  
- Assist in maintaining and updating the investor relations database, including contact lists and information for investors and analysts
  
- Assist in the quarterly reporting and tracking of peer information
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  
- Able to multi-task
  
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
