The Intern, Human Resources supports the HR department in executing HR operational processes and the planning and rolling out of various HR initiatives.

The Intern, Human Resources supports the HR department in executing HR operational processes and the planning and rolling out of various HR initiatives.

  
- Assist the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott career page through the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  
- Support Ascott career page revamp to improve candidates’ and HR staff’s user experience, including conducting training for cluster HR staff on the job posting process
  
- Support the HR Orientation Mobile Application enhancement project
  
- Assist in the coordination and execution of employment engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, townhalls, employee-centric engagement events, and creation of infographics or internal communications messages to employees
  
- Track and audit staff advocacy postings on social media platforms
