## Job Description

### Job Responsibilities

  
- Assist in developing design concepts and presentations.
  
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans.
  
- Collaborate with the design team to refine and improve design solutions.
  
- Conduct site visits and assist in site measurements.
  
- Support the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  
- Research and source materials and furnishings.

### Job Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
  
- Strong understanding of design principles and interior architecture.
  
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
  
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  
- Creative and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
  
- Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
  
- Interest in Hospitality design and planning is a plus.
