## Job Description

  
- Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
  
- Make and confirm reservations
  
- Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests
  
- Handle cash floats during night shifts and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shift
  
- Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reports
  
- Account for all financial transactions at the front desk accurately during your shift
  
- Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation
  
- Record and address residents’ complaints and feedback, and perform the appropriate service recovery
  
- Perform end-of-day procedures and produce daily reports
  
- Perform related tasks as assigned
