## Job Description

As part of the Early Careers team, you will support the recruitment process for interns and day-to-day HR operations.

## Responsibilities

  
- Handle end-to-end recruitment of interns
  
- Work closely with schools and businesses on internship matters
  
- Be the HR point-of-contact for interns, and assist with queries and internship administration matters
  
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes
  
- Assist in special projects when required, such as process improvement initiatives and coordination of business continuity plans
  
- Assist in HR data analysis, reporting, and preparation of presentation decks
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
  
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
