## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Assist in developing sales strategies to retain and attract new clients
  
- Understand the potential client’s requirements and recommend suitable workspaces and conduct viewings
  
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our co-working space
  
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our various marketing platforms
  
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional activities and events
  
- Facilitate the on/off-boarding process for clients
  
- Assist in day-to-day operations and inquiries to ensure the smooth operations of the co-working space
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Business, Media & Communications, Hospitality and Event Management, or any other related disciplines
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
  
- Good interpersonal skills and approachable
  
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist in creating a collaborative community
  
- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools
