## Job Description

### Job Responsibilities

  
- Collect materials and analyze data to build lyf presentations and pitch decks.
  
- Assist in preparing key information for submission of strategy papers.
  
- Conduct competitor reviews and analyze data to develop key insights for lyf.
  
- Assist in updating pitch decks for the development community and for development marketing decks.
  
- Assist the team in performing destination reviews.
  
- Track key conferences globally and identify potential platforms for collaborations.
  
- Provide support to the global lyf team on special projects as required.

### Job Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  
- Analytical, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-task and deliver accurate work on time
  
- Possess excellent writing skills and be a team player
