## Job Description

You will assist the CapitaLand Institute of Management & Business team in the daily operations, as well as participate in ongoing projects.

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist in L&D activities such as organising training programmes, learning festivals, and talks at Business Unit and Group Level
  
- Design EDMs and visuals using Canva
  
- Assist in creating social platforms and SharePoint for learning
  
- Assist in converting contents into Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant files
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines
  
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  
- Proficient in using Canva to design EDMs
  
- Familiarity with tools such as Typeform, Articulate Storyline, and Microsoft Teams will be advantageous
  
- Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented
  
- Good spoken and written English
