## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall, including cleaning, M&E systems, fire safety, and car park operations.
  
- Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation related to repair and maintenance works.
  
- Support the coordination of tenancy fitting-out and reinstatement works.
  
- Assist in updating and maintaining Environmental Health & Sustainability and ISO documentation, in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  
- Provide support for Capex works, including documentation and coordination.
  
- Support other operational matters and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or other related disciplines.
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
- Possess basic knowledge of Facilities Management and M&E systems.
  
- Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous.
