## Job Description

You will assist the Group Talent Management team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects.

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the Associate Program, including onboarding, scheduling, communications, and tracking progress.
  
- Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and training sessions.
  
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program participants and activities.
  
- Help manage communications with external partners, including universities and government bodies.
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  
- Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented.
  
- Good spoken and written English.
