## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Assist in the preparation and contribute to the leasing plan for IMM / Westgate / Lot One
  
- Assist the team in the general marketing of units
  
- Conduct research on the retail mall market
  
- Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing as assigned

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related discipline
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
  
- Basic knowledge of market research methodologies
  
- Ability to multi-task
  
- Creative problem-solving skills
