## Job Description

  
- Warmly welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression.
  
- Assist with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring safe transport and storage.
  
- Offer information and recommendations about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  
- Address guest inquiries and arrange transportation and reservations.
  
- Coordinate special requests and maintain luggage storage organization.
  
- Ensure the lobby is clean and well-maintained, restocking supplies as needed.
  
- Accompany guests to rooms, demonstrating amenities and emergency procedures.
  
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  
- Communicate guest requests to relevant staff and monitor security.
  
- Be physically fit to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions.
  
- Display excellent customer service, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a professional appearance.
  
- Assist with package delivery and perform additional duties as assigned.
