## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Ascott’s internship program, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and offboarding hires.
  
- Coordinate and execute events, initiatives, surveys, and townhalls.

### HR Initiatives & Engagement

  
- Assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives through events and engagement activities.
  
- Support the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott's career platform using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  
- Contribute to Brand360 initiatives by preparing HR toolkits, presentations, and activities.

### Special Projects & Global Exposure

  
- Provide support to the team on special projects as required.
  
- Work with HR teams and stakeholders from multiple countries for global exposure.

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  
- Creative with strong written and verbal communication skills; organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see through agreed actions.
  
- Excellent team player who is organized and meticulous.
  
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
