**Corporate Advisory Office**

**Corporate Advisory Intern**

**Internship Period:** 3 August 2026 to 31 December 2026

This position is with the Corporate Advisory Office (CAO), which provides our clients with corporate finance and strategic advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the Asia and Oceania region.

## Responsibilities

  
- Support Corporate Advisory Office to achieve smooth execution of M&A projects through research and analysis of data.
  
- Assist in deal origination by proactively supporting the team in various tasks, including maintenance of the team database, conducting financial analysis, and building financial models for valuation.
  
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for deal origination and deal execution.

## Requirements

  
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  
- Self-motivated team player with a keen interest in financial analysis and corporate finance
  
- Able to deliver work under demanding timelines in a fast-moving environment
  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) at an advanced/intermediate level
  
- Good knowledge of research tools such as CAP IQ, MergerMarket, SPEEDA and Bloomberg will be advantageous

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
