You will be immersed in the respective specialist functions – at SGX, we believe that our interns are involved in real-time work from Day 1. ## About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Service Delivery team within a Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic trading venue. This role sits directly under the Head of Sellside Service Delivery and offers a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to institutional FX markets and electronic trading platforms. As part of the Service Delivery Team, we are responsible for providing seamless services to all our clients that include banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and others. The team is responsible for serving our clients technically by implementing, designing, and supporting our products. We also work closely with the Development, QA, IT and Sales teams to provide input from the technical point of view. Client Management - Understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks; implement solutions based on the product offering. - Engage with clients in weekly/biweekly meetings to update on projects and feature releases with the business team. - Support the MaxxTrader product at client sites on an ongoing basis, learning business requirements and implementing them for both backend and frontend of the system. ### 2. Technical - Constantly build tools and scripts to automate installation and troubleshooting of the system. - Manage the overall client setup and act as technical manager for allocated accounts. - Update, enhance, or write new scripts and small code changes to cater to client requirements. ### 3. Functional - Understand the functional aspect of the product to map it to correct technical requirements; this includes understanding the FX-OTC business as you work with the team. ### 4.
